Free Shipping Policy

Free Shipping Policy for the customers in Canada.

Orders with Sub-total of $100 CAD to Canada (Excluding NL, NT, NU, and YT) are eligible for a free shipping. NL, NT, NU, and YT are eligible for a free shipping with the order over $200 CAD.

Free Shipping Policy for the customers in the US.

We offer Free Ground Shipping for all orders over $200 CAD.

Domestic Shipping Policy

• Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed on the same day if it is placed by noon (Eastern
Time). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If
we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by
few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email address or telephone.

• Shipping Rates & Shipping Time Frames

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Ground shipping takes about 4-10 business days after dispatched. If you
are located in Greater Toronto Area or near, delivery can be faster.

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

• Shipment to P.O.Boxes

SmoQueen ships to addresses within Canada. We don't ship to private PO box address.

• Shipment confirmation & Order traking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has
dispatched together with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy

• Customs Clearance, Duties and Taxes

SmoQueen is not responsible for any custom clearance processes, duties, and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). All the importing process related customs are customers responsibility.

Shipping Damages

• Damages

If you have received damaged item(s), YOU MUST RETAIN ALL SHIPPING CARTONS AND PACKING MATERIALS AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. This is necessary because when we file a damage claim with the shipper, they might need to collect the merchandises and packages for inspection. As soon as we are notified by the shipper whether if they wish to inspect the package or not we will let you know. If so, they will make arrangement with you directly to pick up the package(s). As soon as the claim is accepted by the shipper (in most cases this is within 72 hours), we will ship out your replacement items.
